Biography

Shannon Sand is an ag finance extension agent for the state of Hawaii. Shannon specializes in the areas of risk management, strategic planning, business planning, and finance. Shannon has worked in extension in other states over the past 7 years. This includes a 6 year stint in South Dakota where after weather events Shannon was part of a team that conducted training related to recovery, insurance, finance, and mental health.
